Great value for money, and very friendly staff. the hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the surroundings, with a chairlift right around the corner. the food was delicious and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from.
The atmosphere was a little bit dull and lackluster, which made the stay a bit underwhelming. Although the rooms were clean and spacious, the lack of an elevator was a bit of a hassle, especially during the Christmas period with so many bags and presents to carry around.

Great hotel for exploring the beautiful Dolomite Mountains. The rooms were clean and spacious with most having a balcony. The hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to the chairlifts and ski slopes. The dinner was exceptional, offering a lovely salad buffet and delicious desserts.
The hotel lacked personality and atmosphere. There was no elevator, so be prepared to walk up stairs.
